Transferability
All three warranties are transferable only once during the warranty’s lifetime.
For the transfer to be valid, you must notify Malarkey and submit the application by email, online form, or downloadable PDF within 60 days of the property changing hands.
If the owner transfers the warranty during the Right Start Period, the same coverage applies to the new owner.
However, lifetime coverage only applies if the new owner uses the building as their primary residence.
The warranty lasts only two years if the transfer happens after the Right Start period.

- Set hip and ridge shingles. Malarkey recommends using their factory-produced hip and ridge shingles that enable expanded warranty coverage.
